Trading during that window will result in the deduction of any profits made from trades executed within the restricted time.

This will not violate the funded account.

The news Calender to be used is the Forex Factory as the standard source.If any deductions result in the breach of the daily or maximum loss limit, it's the trader's responsibility for the violation.
